The European Champions beat the co-hosts 3-1 in the second semi-final in Sydney this afternoon.
England who led 1-nil at half-time, will play Spain in Sunday’s final, also in Sydney.
Spain, playing in only their third FIFA Women’s World Cup tournament, will also make their first appearance in a final.
